We will work with you to understand the relationship between food, diet and your medical condition. We will also help you develop a sound food knowledge and identify food choices and habits that can be modified to improve your health.
We understand that food needs to be interesting, tasty and fun. So we have an 80-20 philosophy. 80% of the time food choices and behaviours should be healthy, the remaining 20% is life. We will work with you to formulate a realistic plan that fits your lifestyle and allows for the 20%.
